Spintronics leader NVE Corporation announced that the Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM) alpha samples recently announced by Cypress Semiconductor are covered by NVE's technology agreement with Cypress. MRAM uses electron spin to store data. Cypress Semiconductor previously announced it had provided 256-kilobit alpha samples. Jeffrey K.
